Cole D. Haynes has over 30 years of experience in the construction management, development, owner's representation, real estate and design industries. Haynes is a master of all components related to the success of a project including: architecture, design, engineering disciplines, real estate development/brokerage, construction and client representation. His breadth of knowledge provides a uniquely qualified perspective, setting him apart from other professionals within his industries.
Dating back to the early 90’s, Haynes is responsible for cutting teeth on the construction and development of South Beach and Lincoln Road, as well as leading the start up and development of Miami's Design District. It is without question that Haynes has transformed the landscape of some of the most iconic areas known to Miami.
In addition to numerous luxury retail projects on a national and international scale, Haynes continues to manage and/or develop some of the most landmark residential estates in South Florida today.
