CDH Built Highest Selling Residence in Miami's History

Adrienne Arsht's Coconut Grove estate is the first home in Dade County's history to have sold for over $100M. This milestone is particularly significant for us, because our Founder & President, Cole D. Haynes, first represented the home owner's interests during the pre-construction, construction and furnishing of the home. This included subsequent phases of construction post owner occupancy in 1999.

At the time, Haynes was proud to have spearheaded the project ahead of schedule and under budget. Hindsight shows us that his efforts produced a legendary home that has both stood the test of time and has resulted in record-breaking returns for his client.
